LUUMYNARY CUSTOMER CARE
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose a size?
Use the product-specific chart. Measure your natural waist, bust where applicable, and upper hip. Measurements are in centimeters. Choose according to your body measurements rather than your usual clothing label.
Are these medical or weight-loss garments?
No. These are fashion garments with structured silhouettes. We do not promise medical correction, weight loss or permanent reshaping. Adjust lacing for comfort and stop wearing the garment if it feels uncomfortable.
Where do you ship?
All 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. U.S. territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not currently supported. Standard shipping is free.
How long does delivery take?
Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit: an estimated total of 4–6 business days. Cutoff is 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00. After-cutoff, weekend and U.S. federal holiday orders start processing the next business day. These are estimates, not arrival guarantees.
Can I return my item?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt. Ordinary returns must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition and packaging with supplied tags. A careful fit check is permitted. Damaged, defective and incorrect items are handled separately.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for returns caused by our mistakes, damage or defects. For a change of mind, you pay return shipping to Via Egidio Piras 9, 09015 Domusnovas SU, Italy. No restocking fee applies.
When will a refund be returned?
Once approved, the refund is returned to the original payment account within 10 days.
How do I care for my corset?
Follow the material-specific care instructions on the product page. Avoid soaking metal hardware and do not machine dry structured garments.
